Early Re- Laparoscopy in Suspected Bile Duct Injuries after Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

Introduction: Management of patients with suspected bile leak or duct injury after laparoscopic cholecystectomy is challenging. Early laparoscopy in these groups will benefit terms diagnostic as well therapeutic purpose.
 Objective: This study done to assess utility early re-laparoscopy postoperative period following cholecystectomy.
 Methodology: It a descriptive all consecutive who underwent when required that within 72 hours presentation. Study was conducted over from June 2019 December 2020 at Kathmandu medical College, Sinamangal, Kathmandu, Nepal. Relaparoscopic operative findings and intervention were recorded.
 Result: The mean age presentation 34.6 years male female ratio 1:1.8. During the period, eleven out which one had no leak. Six ten managed definitely same time re-laparoscopy. However, four definitive biliary reconstruction they already undergone arteriography CT scan.
 Conclusions: may be beneficial prior detail radiological investigations patients. can an effective tool; also it help planning for repair later date.
